WHAT WE DO
Marine Style Boot Camp, This training is specialized only for people looking to join the military or go into law enforcement. This class will give you all the tools you will need to be successful during your training for the police academy and preparation for boot camp. You will be challenged mentally and physically as an idividual and as a team.

Kickboxing: Our Kickboxing class will prepare you against an attacker. Expect to be challenged. We will be practicing live scenarios against any attacker while learning proper form of kicking, punching, kneeing, elbowing and sweeping. Be prepared to sweat, this is a great cardio workout! |

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a Martial Art, combat sport & self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting. In this class, you will learn that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage and proper technique. |

Swimming Bootcamp: As a Warrior, you will learn to adapt in any surrounding. Training in water has zero to little impact on your joints as gravity is reduced in water. Due to fluid dynamics while in the water, impact is reduced while the resistance of the movement is increased. Our swimming bootcamp class can burn more calories than a comparable land based class. Benefits of working out in water are: reduced impact on joints, reduced stress on joints by decreasing weight bearing, tones muscle, improved balance and posture, increased flexibility, reducing chance for injury. |

Underwater Training: Our underwater training class is very similar to our swimming bootcamp with the exception that the underwater training class will focus more on building lung capacity and learning how to swim or stay underwater while remaining calm. |

Martial Arts: This video is a demonstration or our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructors teaching our Warriors some basic self defense holds. |

Combat Simulation Training / In this class, you will learn what it is like to be in a real combat environment by applying what you have learned during your training at Warrior Fitness I.E bootcamp, live round pistol shooting, underwater training and self defense. After you attend our courses for a couple of months, you can consider yourself to be a deadly weapon...A Warrior! |

African Dance Class: At the end of our Friday cardio class, we like to teach our white people how to dance to the sound of African music. NDOBOLO...Congo Style!!! |

Glut, Abs & Hips, This class focuses on stability, core strength and balance. Medicine ball training is suitable for all ages, fitness levels & sizes. Medicine balls allow for improved range of motion, core strength, coordination, flexibility, joint integrity and upper and lower body strength. This class is fun and challenging! |

School P.E. / Confidence Training: This Physical Education class focuses on teaching children about health, fitness, discipline & confidence. |
