SURROUNDINGS AND ACCOMMODATIONS

Warrior wellness camp is located in the middle of the beautiful Santa Clarita Valley, surrounded by picturesque mountains and over 50 miles of bike paths and hiking trails. We have back-to-basics lodging, with male and female accommodations.

We are conveniently located approximately 30 min from Burbank airport, and about 45 minutes from the Los Angeles beach community of Santa Monica, where we will guide you through additional workouts by the ocean.
Hollywood, the center of Los Angeles, is also approximately a 40-minute drive away. The canyons, hills and trails around the Hollywood sign and surrounding areas are also optional workout locations during wellness camp, and provide beautiful scenery and challenging terrain for great outdoor exercise.

The journey to overall wellness starts directly with your diet

The Warrior wellness camp offers five to six meals that provide the energy and metabolism stimulation you need throughout your stay and allow for healthy weight loss.

Meals are without gluten, artificial sweeteners, hormone and antibiotic fed meats and fillers. Meals offer premier, humanely raised meat, locally sourced organic produce, wild line caught fish and fresh herbs and spices.

Our philosophy for healthy eating is formed on the proven concept of Macros. Macros are the percentages of fats, carbohydrates and proteins you consume on a daily basis. Knowing your right combination will help you find balance, achieve optimum performance and overall health. We will help teach you how to eat with the right Macro combination for you to achieve the best results.

Your diet at camp will consist of protein, seasonable vegetables and fruit—with no added sugar or salt. Our dietary program also excludes alcohol, caffeine and processed sugars to help aid in your detoxification and revitalization process. If you are vegan or vegetarian, we will accommodate your dietary preference or restrictions accordingly.

We are committed to helping you achieve maximum wellness, and that includes addressing any food-related issues or eating disorders. We will teach you how and what to eat so you feel good, lose weight and have the fuel you need to achieve your goals.
