My name is Mike

In my training, I strive to help each individual reach his or her fitness goals including weight loss, injury prevention/rehabilitation, improved sports performance through increased power, speed, endurance and agility.

I work with clients to set realistic, specific and quantifiable goals. I constantly evaluate body mechanics to make sure of proper posture and exercise efficiency.

The realization that good quality nutrition and tough workouts have such an important role in achieving health and physical fitness inspired me to become a personal trainer. I want to help people sort through all the misinformation out there on the subject of weight loss and fitness so they can develop a healthy and simple plan to reach their goals. I feel that the battle of achieving fitness goals could be so much easier if people learned exactly what to do and how to do it, and I want to show them through example. This approach will help them achieve and maintain their results for life.
