As a Certified Spinning Instructor, Pete De Grandis brings 16 years of Road Cycling experience into the Spin Room. He instructs with an emphasis on proper Cycling Biomechanics. Heart Rate Training is also an integral part of his instruction in order for members to work within the different Energy Zones to maximize their particular training goals. He’s also specializes in attaining Weight Loss and Fitness goals through disciplined Dietary, Cardio and Resistance training programs with continuous personal support throughout the process.
